You are on your own to book your flight to and from the Salt Lake City International Airport. Round trip ground transportation from the Salt Lake airport can be arranged on the program dates of April 6th and April 9th. If you would like for us to coordinate your ground transportation, provide your flight itinerary no later than Monday March 10th and confirm that you would like for us to coordinate your airport transfer on the registration website.

The transfer from the Salt Lake International Airport to the resort is 41 miles and can take about 45 - 55 minutes depending on traffic.

Do I have to attend the activity?
You certainly do not want to miss the incredible activities that we have planned. They will give you an opportunity to see the beautiful destination of Park City as well as have time to spend with everyone! We don’t want you to miss it.

Can I come in early or stay later than the specified program dates of Sunday, April 6th - Wednesday, April 9th?
Should you choose to extend your stay at your own expense, please indicate your dates on the registration page as soon as possible so we can check rate and availability.
What if I have changes to my registration?
If you have changes, we ask that you go back into your registration using the password that you created and make your edits. We will be alerted with your changes.
